Fresh Branding Attracts All New Audience
As one of the oldest formal Scottish Societies in the country, the St. Andrews Society of Detroit has a well established relationship with individuals and families who relish their Scotch heritage. However, as our culture continues to evolve, so do the mediums and methods we rely on to connect and develop relationships with our target markets.
As it applies to the St. Andrews Society of Detroit (SASD) and their globally recognized Annual Highland Games, they wanted to attract more youthful support and participation, so we implemented a complete overhaul of the event's brand identity. The final design strategy was universally well received, and produced a measurable impact by virtue of a nearly 15% percent increase in attendance (compared to the previous year) and a dramatic increase in sales of newly branded merchandise.
Topping the success of this design will be tough, but I think we've nailed the next generation of branding for the St. Andrews Society of Detroit's annual Highland Games- ...now if only we can convince them that it's okay to move forward from the above branding!
